effective for reducing wrinkles, scars, blotchiness, and other imperfections of the skin’s surface
fractional co2 laser
Fractional Laser Co2 is a non-surgical treatment that can be used to target a wide array of skin aging issues and it is suitable for most skin types. It’s especially ideal for people who want their skin to look younger with natural-looking results and can’t afford a lot of time away from work or their social life.
Fractional CO2 lasers are effective for reducing wrinkles, scars, blotchiness, and other imperfections of the skin’s surface.
how does fractional co2 laser work?
Fractional Laser Co2 is a non-invasive laser treatment that uses fractional photo thermolysis to penetrate through the skin layer to promote collagen production which results in a smoother, more even complexion.
Droopy Eye Lids – Fractional Co2 Laser
Why choose laser resurfacing for droopy eyelids?
Fractional Co2 laser eye lift treatment procedure
When Fractional Co2 laser Eye Lift is taken into action, the eyelid area will be numbed with a topical numbing cream for 30 minutes.
Fractional Co2 laser can provide dramatic results. It removes old skin cells in order to reveal newer, more youthful cells. It also heats the layers underneath to promote collagen production, which stimulates skin in the treatment area to heal in a smoother, more even appearance. After a few sessions, you will see that your eye lids are more lifted.
Since they cause less initial swelling, peeling and redness, it is perfect for people who want a laser treatment without weeks of hiding out at home, waiting to heal.

Neck Wrinkles / Creases – Fractional Co2 Laser
How do fractional lasers work?
Fractional Co2 Lasers improve the surface of the skin by creating thousands of tiny “micro-thermal” zones deep under the skin. As the skin heals, it sheds the damaged skin, promotes collagen production, and creates new skin cells. This is often done over a series of treatments, depending on the severity of wrinkles and creases you are trying to repair.
What is the downtime and results?
It depends on the levels that are used, generally most people would have to hibernate for about 3 to 4 days.
Desired outcomes are typically reached in multiple treatment, but we usually recommend a minimum of 3 to 4 sessions. If you take good care of your skin after treatments, the results could be permanent. Of course, since most of us aren’t perfect, you might have to go back for future treatments or touch-ups as needed.
Sciton MicroLaserPeel® is a quick and effective laser skin resurfacing treatment that can help you to realize a youthful exterior. It can help to restore balance to your skin tone, smoothen skin texture, improve the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars and hyperpigmentation.
MicroLaserPeel® may be a suitable treatment for you if you are looking to correct certain signs of aging such as wrinkling, age spots, scarring, or uneven skin tone.
how does MicroLaserPeel® work?
The MicroLaserPeel®’s beam is scanned over a treatment area to remove a very thin layer of skin. Removing the top layer eliminates some of the damaged cells that can give skin a tired, aged look. As the skin heals, fresh cells grow and resurface the treated area. The result is healthier-looking skin, often with reduced wrinkles and improved colour evenness. Patients often comment that their skin went from looking tired to vibrant.
how many treatments will i need for skin resurfacing?
Excellent results can be obtained in just one treatment; however, the number of treatments needed may vary from patient to patient. Most patients achieve their goals after two to three treatments spaced two to three months apart.
In Celevenus, Dr Chau can personalize a plan based on your specific needs and may choose to combine skin resurfacing treatment with other aesthetic procedures to further customize your treatment. Depending on the size of the area being treated, the procedure usually lasts from 15 to 20 minutes.
will it be uncomfortable?
One of the primary advantages of skin resurfacing is that it causes little pain because it does not penetrate very deep into the skin. For most patients, a topical numbing solution is all that is needed.
what will i look like immediately after skin resurfacing treatment?
A sunburn sensation may be noticed in the treatment area for a few hours after treatment. This is a purely ablative procedure. Swelling should be present only as a short-term response. Often tissue will peel or flake as a result of the ablation. Peeling or flaking usually occurs after 36 -48 hours.
how do i care for my skin after the treatment?
Patients will be advised to moisturise liberally to hydrate the skin and encourage the healing process. They can use a product they already own, or, if they do not have a suitable moisturiser, we can also recommend them a specific product for post treatment from the range we carry.
Patients are also advised to use sunblock to minimise the chances of post-inflammatory pigmentation.
how long will it take to recover?
Healing takes just 4 to 5 days. The procedure can be performed on a Thursday or Friday so you can return to work the following Monday. Immediately following the procedure, you will notice that the skin resembles a sunburn. You will have minor sloughing on the second day. Redness will begin to fade by the 3rd day and can be easily covered by makeup on the 4th day.
when should i expect results?
Within 4 to 5 days, your treated skin will feel smoother, acne scars, fine wrinkles and pores will be less noticeable, and sunspots or uneven pigmentation will fade. Results depend on your condition, the number of treatments, and the area treated. Dr Chau will provide you with complete information about the post treatment care and results.
